About Jacqueline
Ms. Jacqueline Grace, MSOD, enthusiastically brings to her leadership coaching practice three decades of nonprofit and corporate experience, including work in the fields of international affairs and development, education, environmental restoration, gender equity, health and nutrition, publishing, and sports, among others.
Ms. Grace received her Master's in Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania as a member of its Leadership Coaching Cohort with dual concentrations in Sustainable Development and Leadership Coaching. As an undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania, Grace studied the Biological Basis of Behavior, played varsity basketball, and rowed lightweight crew.
Ms. Grace holds a deep passion for mission-driven work and leverages her strategic development and relationship-building skills to advance the impact of organizations and their leaders. Prioritizing relationships, decency, human dignity, gratitude and optimism, Grace takes to heart the question posed by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.: "What are you doing for others?"
Her work spans publishing, nonprofit leadership, philanthropic fundraising, global organizations, and executive leadership as a woman. She combines lived experience with trauma-informed practice, organizational insight, and relational strategy.
