GTI Research Institute

At the Global Transformation Initiative, science is not an afterthought—it is the backbone of our movement. The GTI Research Institute connects evidence-based relational science to real-world change, uniting neuroscience, psychology, and systems theory with the lived experiences of schools, workplaces, and communities.

Through our Inform–Activate–Measure (I.A.M.™) model, we ensure that every program is more than an idea—it is rigorously designed, data-informed, and outcome-driven. Our Institute partners with leading researchers, universities, and practitioners to publish findings, evaluate interventions, and build a global evidence base for relational wellness.

We are currently advancing:

  • Longitudinal school studies tracking relational and cognitive development.
  • Corporate and community pilot programs measuring productivity, wellness, and cultural change.
  • New tools for decency and dignity metrics, aligning with ESG standards.

The Institute is not only about research—it is about transformation. By measuring what matters most, we prove that healthier relationships can measurably improve learning, leadership, health, and social cohesionGTI Intro Deck Aug 2025 (from M…JacquelineVaroliGrace-Capstone ….
