Transformation begins with relationships — and movements begin with volunteers.

At the Global Transformation Initiative™, we believe decency is not a soft value; it’s a standard that protects dignity and makes change possible. When people practice relational skills together—at work, at school, at home—cultures shift. If you feel called to help restore trust, belonging, and safety in our communities, we’d be honored to have you with us.

Why Your Presence Matters

Volunteers at GTI are not “extra hands.” You are culture-shapers. You help us Inform, Activate, and Measure (I.A.M.™) change so it lasts. You make it safer for a parent to breathe, a teacher to stay, a leader to listen, and a child to grow.

  • Inform: Share tools, stories, and science that awaken hope.
  • Activate: Stand with people as they practice new skills in real life.
  • Measure: Help us learn what’s working so we can do more of it.

Ways to Serve

1) Community Ambassador
Host or support small gatherings (workplaces, schools, faith/community groups). Offer a human welcome, introduce GTI’s principles, and guide simple relational practices.

2) Program Support (Schools & Caregivers)
Assist facilitators during workshops (check-in, materials, reflection prompts). Create a steady, dignifying environment where participants feel seen and safe.

3) Youth & Family Events
Help set up relational games and circles, greet families, and support activities that build voice, empathy, and courage in young people.

4) Research & Measurement
Support data collection for our “Inform–Activate–Measure” cycle (attendance, feedback, basic surveys). No stats degree required—just care, clarity, and discretion.

5) Content & Storytelling
Capture impact in words and images—short quotes, micro-stories, or simple video clips. Lift voices with consent; preserve dignity above all.

6) Operations & Admin
Keep the movement moving—email replies, scheduling support, packing materials, and event logistics.

Not sure where you fit in? Share your strengths with us. We assign roles based on values, talents, and availability, not titles.

Time & Training

  • Time: From 2 hours/month to a few hours/week—your season of life decides.
  • Training: All volunteers receive a brief orientation to GTI’s frameworks (Relationship 360-5™ and the Decency & Human Dignity guidelines), plus role-specific coaching.
  • Support: You’ll have a point person, clear checklists, and simple tools. We practice what we teach—no one volunteers alone.

Our Volunteer Commitment (What you can expect from us)

  • Dignity first: We lead with respect, clarity, and care.
  • Safety: Trauma-aware practices, clear boundaries, and ethical guidelines.
  • Growth: Short learning moments, reflective debriefs, and honest feedback.
  • Belonging: We welcome every voice. Diversity makes the work stronger.

Your Volunteer Pledge (What we ask of you)

“I will speak with clarity, create safety, respond with care, and honor dignity—especially under pressure. I will practice the GTI guidelines in every space I serve.”
